Why New Hope Trust?

We at New Hope Trust, truly feel the nuisance alcohol & drugs cause to the addict and his family members, making their lives worse than hell. We firmly believe it is a family illness and they (co-dependents) also suffer along with the addict and it needs to be addressed as soon as possible before it is too late. Since it is a primary, progressive, fatal & complicated psychological disease, the approach to its treatment needs to be holistic and that is exactly what we do. Just keeping away from the substance won’t work; there needs to be a change in the behavior and lifestyle and this begins with a change in his attitude. Therefore our aim in treatment is not just mere abstinence from alcohol/drugs, but a complete change in the person –‘ Sobriety’. Physical, Mental & Spiritual Health of the patient is our focus.

When the family admits their chemically dependent ward in New Hope Trust, they feel safe & secured regarding his recovery and can watch his progress sitting at their homes as they have access to 14 live on-line CCTV cameras. They can also get over their co-dependency problems through effective family counseling that takes place periodically. Our doctors ensure the medical fitness of the patient throughout his stay. The active, supportive and friendly staff of New Hope Trust makes them feel assured of their ward’s security & comfortable stay and the presence of experienced counselors give them an assurance of their ward’s recovery, positive empowerment and a better perspective to the disease of Addiction, thus giving them a New Hope to a sober & blissful chemical-free life.
